Alivia Ingram's Profile
I am a NWA enthusiast, toddler mom, wife, runner, Realtor, and friend. I enjoy strolling the Razorback Greenway with my son, popping into downtown Bentonville's many shops, and exploring the unique outdoor adventures that our community has to offer. My heart was made to listen to others' stories: the praiseworthy and the heartbreaking. I aim to be a supporter through all my clients' seasons of life, especially the season of moving. I support by listening and offering my guidance throughout real estate decision making. My guidance stems from studying NWA's housing market, collaborating with experts across related fields, and my experience working with people from all backgrounds.
I began my real estate journey with the thought "I want to dictate my own schedule and have more control over the amount of income I bring home to my family." I knew I wanted a social job, as working with others is my favorite part of the day. Real estate has provided just that! I have time flexibility with my clients and my family. The effort I put into growing my real estate business directly comes back to me in the form of more business and thus more financial freedom.
My goal as a real estate agent is to create deals and create inventory. I create deals by searching for the best clients for my listings. I create inventory by contacting property owners, who may not have their property on the market, and expressing my buyers' interest in the property. This creates more inventory and gives my buyers more options. My favorite phrase is “The worst they can say is ‘No.’” I enjoy the challenge of fitting the puzzle pieces of real estate together, creating an optimal deal. I embrace making that "one more" call, exploring all opportunities, and bringing my clients to the right resources. I find the right path for my clients and minimize any bumps they may feel along the way.
