Rachel Vann is a Principal Broker, investor, and team leader of The Real Estate Collective at Real Broker. Over the past eight years, she has played a role in or brokered more than 700 real estate transactions, building a reputation as one of Arkansas’ go-to experts in residential and investment real estate. Rachel specializes in helping clients maximize their investments, from transforming homes into high-performing short-term rentals to building wealth through Real Estate. She also mentors and leads a growing team of agents across the state, sharing her expertise and passion for real estate success.

Outside of work, Rachel is all about family and adventure. She’s married with two young children—a spirited 3 ½-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son—and their family dog, Nash. Together, they love spending time outdoors, whether that’s relaxing at the lake or riding ATVs through Arkansas’ trails. For Rachel, real estate isn’t just a career—it’s a way to build freedom and memories, both for her clients and her own family.
